1INK CARTRIDGES Ruin new Epson Printer

Epson printer 7620 Did not recognize new ink cartridges. It kept telling me That the cartridges where not installed correctly , that they where not seated. I took them all out and could see the flim on the bottom was pierced the way there sussposed to be, I could see the ink and touch it , ink got on my finger. So they where installed and pierced correctly . Printer still dosn't recognize them. I pushed so hard instaling them i heard somthing crack. But it kept telling me to reinstall them @ make sure there seated down all the way. 1 INK cartriges are a scam and not only do they not work but RUIN A BRAND NEW PRINTER

The cartridge I ordered wouldn't work. It needed a chip to on the cartridge. When I emailed 1ink, they had no response from customer service. I am out the cost of ink cartridge and now I get constant email ads from them and their affiliates. Stay away from this company. They will not support the items they sell and I wonder if they have a clue as to what they are doing. They will sell your email address and bombard your email with ads. I now have a bunch of cartridges for which Okidata won't recognize. It will give you an error.

If you have a defective cartridge or need to trouble shoot a product, you can contact us toll free at 1-866-658-8125 and we will be able to assist you. You can ask for a replacement or full refund.

We do answer all the customers' emails.

If you feel you didn't see a response, it most likely has gone to your Spam box or junk mail.

You're claiming that we sell your email!!!! This is a false statement, we never sell any customer's information.

In fact, this is specifically outlined in our privacy policy. Please do not post false information about our company on line.

I ORDERED A SET OF INK CARTRIDGES ON AUGUST 8TH 2014 AND CHARGED IT TO MY DISCOVER CARD. A FEW DAYS AFTER RECEIVING THEM ANOTHER SET CAME IN THE MAIL. I RECOGNIZED THE PACKAGE, SO I DID NOT OPEN IT AND IMMEDIATELY RETURNED IT UNOPENED TO YOUR COMPANY. I ALSO CALLED TO LET YOU KNOW THAT IT MUST HAVE BEEN A COMPUTOR GLITCH AND I ONLY ORDERED ONE SET. I WAS TOLD THE CHARGE WOULD BE REMOVED FROM MY CREDIT CARD. WHEN I RECEIVED MY BILL FROM DISCOVER CARD, NOT ONLY DID THEY NOT CREDIT ME, THERE WAS A THIRD CHARGE OF 45.94 DATED 8/12/2014 ON MY BILL. THAT MAKES IT 3 CHARGES FOR INK CARTRIDGES I CANNOT USE. TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY, THE INK RUINED MY EXPENSIVE PRINTER AND NOW IT WILL NOT WORK. WHAT KIND OF CROOKED BUSINESS ARE YOU RUNNING?? YOU HAVE HAD 3 MOS TO CREDIT ME....MAKE IT HAPPEN!!!! I DON'T HAVE MONEY TO WASTE THE CREDIT SHOULD BE FOR 91.88. I thought that I would save a little money buying ink from these people, What a mistake it was. The first shipment of ink wouldn't work in my printer, My printer kept asking for me to install the ink and it was already in my printer, So I called 1ink up and told them of the problem and they shipped me another set of cartridges and they did the same thing. So I called them to let them know of the problem and they said that they would ship me some more and I told them that I didn't want to wait any more for more ink that wouldn't work and that I needed a return label for the eight cartridges that they have sent me. Then I was told that it would cost me to ship them back, So because of there mistake instead of saving myself some money it cost me. DON'T EVER DO BUISNESS WHITH THESE PEOPLE, I THINK THEY MAKE MOST OF THERE MONEY ON THE SHIPPING IT WILL COST YOU TO SEND THERE MISTAKS BACK.........

Inkjet cartridges would not print. black cartridge and color cartridge. | 1ink review

Placed these cartridges in my printer. The printer would not print anything. Printer did not recognize the cartridges after repeated tries and adjustments. My printer is an X5495 which printed excellent copies. Your cartridges stated to "safely disregard low/empty ink warnings and continue printing normally". I did so and my printer still did not print. I went to my manual and followed the directions to reprograeem my printer and it still did not print. I placed my old ink jets in my printer and they worked fine. Placed the remanufactured cartridges one black and one color and they still DID NOT WORK.

HP Printer will not recognize 1ink cartridges

I tried all suggestions on 1Ink web site that apply to my issue and none have worked using the 1Ink replacement cartridge. The printer does not acknowledge the 1Ink cartridge. I put in a full HP cartridge, the ink level indicator showed a full cartridge but when I replaced it with the full 1Ink cartridge the ink level indicator went back to critical low. Ignoring and closing message box does not work. Will never order from this company again. A waste of $123.00 worth of refilled cartridges for two HP printers. No more orders from 1Ink in future!

1 ink.com. shorted me a color ink cartridge. I called them and she was nasty and called me a liar. I have an HP photo smart printer. It works very well but it uses a lot of ink which is very expensive. I like to order the cartridges at an on line refill company. Which I have done before with good results, and with out any complaints, but then I ordered from 1 ink.com. My first order was for a black ink cartridge, when it arrived it did not have any ink, I returned it and was sent a new one. But this last order...I ordered a black and a colored cartridge. When they arrived a black cartridge was in the colored box. I returned it with a note. When I didn't receive the ink back I called and was called a liar and she got very nasty. otalbot
